Evaluation Of Rare Earth Resources Value From The Perspective Of Ecological Compensation

At present,the development process of the world is speeding up gradually,and the demand and attention of all countries for rare earth resources are becoming higher and higher.Under this background,all countries begin to develop and utilize rare earth resources on a large scale and irrationally.Especially China,as a large country of rare earth resources,supplies more than 90% of the world's market demand with 23% of the rare earth resources.However,with the rapid development of human resources,China's market demand for rare earth resources is increasing Over exploitation and utilization of rare earth resources for a long time lead to serious deviation from the value of the price of rare earth resources,which has been known as "industrial gold".The ecological environment of rare earth resources is also facing serious damage.What's more,if China's rare earth resources are consumed too fast in the long run,it will lose its pricing power in the international rare earth market.From the micro level,if a rare earth enterprise wants to comprehensively develop and utilize rare earth resources,it must consider the negative externality of the environment,internalize the negative externality cost,and formulate reasonable compensation standards,so as to grasp the green market opportunity and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.On this basis,this paper introduces the concept of ecological compensation,constructs the evaluation model of rare earth resource value,takes the rare earth resource in Baiyunebo tailing as an example,and obtains a more scientific and reasonable rare earth resource value through calculation.This paper mainly includes three aspects.First of all,the basic theory of ecological compensation is systematically elaborated,and the calculation method and value of ecological compensation are determined.Secondly,the main evaluation models of rare earth resources are summarized.Based on the existing models,the ecological compensation value is introduced.Finally,taking Bayan Obo rare earth mine as an example,the value of rare earth resources considering ecological compensation is obtained by using the improved model.In addition,by introducing the concept of ecological compensation,this paper can evaluate the value of rare earth resources more scientifically,and this research method also improves the theoretical system of rare earth resources evaluation to a certain extent.
