How to make buildings achieve green energy saving and environmental protection has become the focus of current research,under the national policy of energy conservation and emission reduction was carried out.In this paper,the autoclaved aerated concrete plate with high strength steel bars replaced traditional board,which can prevent environmental pollution and save resources and energy effectively.At present,many researches have been done on the mechanical properties of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with ordinary steel bars,but few have been done on autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with high-strength steel bars,the foundation of the combined action of steel bar and autoclaved aerated concrete is the bonding and anchoring effect of both,is also the foundation of plate play a good performance fully.In this paper,the anchorage performance test between CRB600 H steel bars and autoclaved aerated concrete was carried out.The effects of different factors on the anchorage performance of CRB600 H steel bars and autoclaved aerated concrete were studied,the finite element software was used to analyze of expand the parameters.The main contents are as follows:(1)First,the autoclaved aerated concrete was tested,the relationship between the direction of loading and the direction of gas generation was studied;and the CRB600 H and HPB300 with different treatment methods were tested for tensile strength,the effects of cold drawing and autoclaving on the mechanical properties of steel bars were analyzed.(2)Through the central pull out test was carried out on 4 groups of 36 CRB600 H bars and autoclaved aerated concrete pull out specimens,the influence of the anchoring performance of CRB600 H steel bar and autoclaved aerated concrete specimen were studied by the anchorage length and anchoring with and without transverse bars.(3)According to the damage phenomenon of the specimen and the test data,the influencing factors of anchorage performance were analyzed.The formula for calculating the bond stress between CRB600 H bars and autoclaved aerated concrete was summarized.(4)The anchorage reliability of CRB600 H steel bar and autoclaved aerated concrete was analyzed,the results obtained by using the first order second moment method,the anchorage length design of CRB600 H steel bar and autoclaved aerated concrete specimen is proposed.(5)The effects of different steel bar diameters and different thickness of protective layers on the bond anchorage performance of CRB600 H steel bar autoclaved aerated concrete specimens were simulated and analyzed by using finite element software.
