Research On Hazardous Chemicals Storage And Transportation Business Security Hidden Danger Management Strategy Of ZS Company

With the continuous development of social economy and industry,the domestic demand for hazardous chemicals is increasing,and the number of hazardous chemicals storage enterprises is also increasing.As an important link in the transportation of hazardous chemicals,hazardous chemicals storage enterprises occupy an important position in the transportation of hazardous chemicals.Affected by the characteristics of hazardous chemicals storage enterprises,transshipment has become the top priority in the management of hazardous chemicals storage enterprises.In recent years,there are more and more accidents about hazardous chemicals storage and transportation in China.At the same time,due to the characteristics of hazardous chemicals,once accidents occur in the transportation process of hazardous chemicals,it will bring great threat to people's lives,property and environment.Therefore,in the current context,thinking about the transfer process of hazardous chemicals storage enterprises has become the focus of the work of hazardous chemicals storage enterprises.This paper takes the storage and transportation business of ZS company as the research object,focuses on the problems in the implementation of enterprise safety management system and operation specifications,and focuses on the analysis of various factors that may produce potential safety hazards in actual work.Firstly,through the analysis of the status quo of ZS company's storage and transportation business safety management from four aspects of organization,system and standard construction,personnel management,major hazard sources and emergency management,the problems found in the actual work of safety management were summarized.It was found that for the storage and transportation business of hazardous chemicals,the safety management rules and regulations were relatively sound,and the safety management was also improved The management work is running orderly,but its potential safety problems still exist.The main problems are human error operation,careless management of facilities and equipment and complex working environment.Therefore,the safety management of ZS company should focus on the detail management of prevention and control of potential safety hazards.Then,based on the investigation of the company's grass-roots operators and safety managers,the paper uses the semi-structured interview method to identify the potential safety risks of storage and transportation operations,and puts forward corresponding strategies of safety management,so as to improve ZS company the safety management level of storage and transportation operation provides theoretical analysis and decision support.
