Study On Accounting Business Process Reengineering Of Z Oilfield Based On Financial Sharing

The adoption of sharing mode helps enterprises to ensure the authenticity of financial data,strengthen the effectiveness of internal control,and promote the steady development of business along the established strategic direction.Meanwhile,the implementation of financial sharing mode plays a significant role in avoiding management risks and improving the efficiency of business processing.Z oilfield has developed rapidly in recent years,there are many different kinds of business,the traditional financial model has been unable to meet the demand of enterprise development,Z oilfield has established his own financial sharing center,and gradually completed the transformation from the extensive management mode to the finance sharingmode.However,the existing accounting business process has not yet reached the best level.Therefore,need to be in financial sharing mode of accounting business process transformation and optimization.There are more and more achievements in the field of financial sharing mode research,but domestic and foreign scholars seldom analyze the implementation process and effect of financial sharing from the perspective of specific business process,and there are relatively few case studies on process reengineering of oil enterprises.This article taked the accounting business process under the financial sharing model of Z Oilfield as the research object.Based on the theoretical research of financial shared services,the overall accounting business process of Z oilfield was described.Then use the analytic hierarchy process to construct a judgment matrix and perform calculations.Based on the calculation results,the degree of influence of different accounting business processes on the overall process quality was analyzed.Based on the analysis results,three accounting business processes with a high degree of influence were selected: expense reimbursement process,sales collection process,and purchase payment process.Based on the objectives and principles of process reengineering,the overall accounting business process of Z Oilfield and the reengineering plan of the above three accounting business processes were analyzed.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of financial process reengineering,relevant measures were put forward to ensure the implementation of accounting business process reengineering under the financial sharing of Z oilfield.Finally,this article summarized the dissertation's deficiencies and prospected for the future.
