With the continuous development of science and technology,the digital technology with the Internet as the core has brought revolutionary changes to people's production and life style.In the new era,the more an enterprise can make full use of advanced technology,the more reasonable integration and allocation of enterprise resources.The improvement of science and technology affects the change of business environment.Accounting as a widely used commercial language affects the financial work and operation management mode of enterprises.As an important management mode of enterprise accounting,Financial Shared Service Center is attracting the attention of many enterprises.Relying on the construction of financial information,it breaks the traditional management mode of enterprises and changes the financial function of enterprises.Financial process reengineering as the key link in financial shared services receives information from various business departments to form standardized financial data by formulating unified process management standards.It helps enterprise carry out unified management of branches and promotes enterprise realizing financial transformation and integration process.Based on domestic and foreign literature,this paper makes a theoretical study on enterprise financial process reengineering under R company's shared service.First of all,summarize and state the development of domestic and foreign financial shared service center and financial process reengineering theory.Secondly,it introduces the industrial characteristics,organizational structure and financial development status of R Company,and points out that the company's financial operational efficiency is low and the cost is high.The overall financial information of the enterprise is inaccurate and not in time;Inadequate capital control.It is proved from applicability and necessity that the Financial Shared Service Center established by R Company can effectively solve the above problems.Thirdly,the overall design of R Company's financial sharing center is carried out.Using financial sharing service and process reengineering theory,the financial problems of R Company were rectified and optimized by building a logical platform and designing key links.Forecast the implementation effect,and finally summarize the research and look into the future.The research results of this paper can be applied to the financial management of R company to reduce operating costs,improve the level of financial management and promote financial work efficiency.It is of great significance to support the development strategy of the group.At the same time,it can provide reference for other enterprises.
