Research On The Construction Of Financial Shared Service Center Of Z Company

The concept of shared service originated from the production and operation activities of European and American enterprises at the end of the 20 th century,and it has been practiced to varying degrees in information technology,logistics,finance,etc.Financial shared service is the most widely used model and has achieved mature operation in foreign countries,while it is still in its infancy at home.Although some domestic groups have realized the practice of financial shared service to a certain extent,it is far from enough to show that China has accumulated rich experience in financial shared service.At present domestic financial shared service for the study of the theory of the insufficient system and more scattered,not form a complete theoretical system,also the lack of enough samples and experience in practice,to promote financial shared service model at home,don't have much experience in the case can be made use of,should be based on the basic principle and advantages of financial sharing,in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise itself,to establish a set of efficient and perfect financial shared service system.Focusing on the theories of financial management and business process reengineering,this paper sorted out the theoretical basis through literature research and experience summarization,and studied the construction of the financial shared service center of Z company.From the perspective of the overall implementation of the project,reasonable and feasible implementation Suggestions are put forward according to the actual situation of Z company.Based on the construction of the enterprise information platform,these Suggestions are helpful to risk monitoring,operation cost management,resource utilization efficiency and other aspects to varying degrees.While providing service for Z company,we also hope to provide feasible implementation plans for the construction of financial shared service centers for resource-based enterprises such as mining enterprises.The article mainly includes six parts.The first part is the introduction,which studies the background,development and significance of financial shared service mode from the perspective of world economic integration,and puts forward the innovation points of this paper;The second part is the theory of financial shared service,including the theory of financial management,the theory of shared service and the theory of business process reengineering.The third part analyzes the status quo of the research object,systematically analyzes the necessity of establishing a financial shared service center for Z company,and demonstrates the feasibility of establishing a financial shared service center for Z company.The fourth part is the scheme design of the financial shared service center of the research object,which absorbs experience from the construction mode of the companies that have established the financial shared service center,and constructs the design scheme of the financial shared service center of Z company based on relevant theories.The fifth part is the expected effect evaluation.The sixth part is the summary and management enlightenment of this paper.
