With the reform of China’s market economy system and rapid economic development,all industries and industries have continued to grow with the development of the economy.Among them,China’s cement industry is constantly adjusting its operating structure,forming a new operating pattern,and the scale of enterprises is constantly increasing.Large,especially the development of China’s group-type cement enterprises is more prominent.Therefore,as the development of cement companies continues to expand,the competitiveness of the market will become more intense.How to survive a fiercely competitive environment and form a unique set of operating methods has become one of the hot topics in today’s social cement companies.This article systematically investigates and analyzes JD Cement’s operating methods,sales methods,marketing methods,etc.through the relevant marketing analysis of JD Cement’s Baoji area,combined with PEST theory.First,introduce the topics that need to be studied in this article,and introduce the related research on this topic and the research theory that needs to be applied.The research method theory adopted in this paper is introduced: PEST model,Michael Porter five-force model,4P theory,etc.Secondly,analyze the marketing strategy of Baoji area of JD Cement Company,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the strategy,and find out the cause of the problem.According to the analysis of the marketing strategy of JD Cement Company and the on-site investigation of the marketing environment of JD Cement Company,and using SWOT to analyze the marketing strategy of JD Cement Company,the current problems of the company are obtained.In the end,in order to solve the company’s problems,STP theory and 4P theory were used,the company’s target market was selected and the company’s marketing strategy was improved,which paved the way for the development of the company and laid a solid theoretical foundation..The conclusion of the research indicates that JD Cement Company should produce products according to market demand,avoid the occurrence of excessive backlogs,balance the relationship between supply and demand,and adjust price strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in the same industry and occupy the market.Absolute status;further improve the talent management system and system,and conduct management classification of dealers,improve employees’ enthusiasm for work,and use reasonable rewards and punishment systems to stimulate the vitality of employees;improve the quality and level of services and improve the Propaganda efforts,build corporate culture,adapt to market and user needs.This research can highlight the company’s advantages,expand the business scale of JD Cement Company’s Baoji area,and provide other similar companies with reference to marketing cases.
