This paper researchs FRP's marketing strategy of A company.The problems of product,price,channel and promotion of A company's marketing are analyzed..Also,This paper analyzes the macro environment such as population,economy,social politics and production technology of A company and Competition environment such as potential entrants,substitutes,bargaining power of buyers and sellers.Through the SWOT analysis method,this paper points out the advantages,disadvantages,Opportunities and threats of A company.Furthermore,by using STP theory,Segment A company's location and product type,Customers selected for food grade glass FRP products,corrosion resistant FRP products,high temperature resistant FRP products,as the target market of A company in Southwest China.And,locates the three target market in detail.Finally,using 4P theory,the paper solves the A company's product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy,and so on.Forms a set of marketing mix strategy.
