Since the reform and opening up,China has made many achievements in economic development, but people enjoy the economic development results, but also deeply affected by the environmental pollution brought by economic development. At present, the environmental pollution has attracted people's attention. For Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, air pollution is the most prominent problem of environmental pollution.Since the joint prevention and control mechanism was launched by Beijing Tianjin Hebei three governments in 2013,the air pollution has been improved obviously, but some cities still have serious problems of extreme pollution weather and severe fog and haze in autumn and winter. The high intensity and high concentration of air pollutants are the main reasons for extreme pollution weather in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei. Therefore, this paper takes the air pollution in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as the research object, explores the impact of economic development on the air pollution in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, and puts forward the suggestions for the treatment of air pollution from the economic perspective,so as to realize the benign interaction between economic development and air governance. This paper first analyzes the current situation of air pollution in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, explores the distribution characteristics of air pollution in spatial dimension and time dimension, and compares the economic development level and air pollution distribution characteristics of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. Then, the panel data of 13 cities in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region from 2014 to 2018 is selected as the sample, and the influence process is determined by the fixed effect spatial lag model Degree is analyzed by empirical analysis. The main results are as follows: first, there is a significant positive spatial correlation between air quality level in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, that is,the air pollution in this area is affected by the air pollution in neighboring areas.Second, the effect of per capita GDP growth on air pollution is to intensify and then restrain it.The whole development pattern is inverted U-shaped.That is,with the improvement of economic development level, the air environment condition is firstly manifested as the deterioration of quality. When theeconomy grows to a certain extent, the air quality will also be improved. This is higher than that of Beijing and Tianjin, and the degree of air pollution is higher than that of Beijing and Tianjin The lower reality is in line.Third, before a certain limit value, the increase of population density will lead to the decline of air quality. After reaching a certain limit value system, the population concentration of large-scale cities is high, and the investment in environmental protection is high.Through the formulation of strict exhaust emission policies, air quality will rise instead.Fourth,in the industrial structure, the rapid development of the secondary industry, especially the industrial sector, will have a long-term negative impact on the atmospheric environment. The development of high-tech in the tertiary industry can force the original high pollution and high emission industries to step out of the market, and indirectly reduce the pollution emission. Therefore, after the economic development reaches a certain stage, industrial development will be restricted by resources and environment. In order to protect the ecological environment,it has become an inevitable trend to change the mode of economic development and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.
