The foundry industry has problems such as low energy utilization rate,high resource consumption and great environmental impact,so it is of practical significance to carry out energy conservation and emission reduction to reduce the impact of the foundry industry on the environment.At present,it is one of the effective ways to realize energy saving and emission reduction in casting industry to improve the utilization rate of various resources in casting process by optimizing process parameters in the design stage.In the design process,the feature of the product directly affects the function and function of the product.Therefore,in this paper,the process design features that affect product quality are taken as the object,and the process design features are classified.Based on the analysis of energy and resource consumption influenced by process design feature,the carbon benefit model of process design feature was established,and the carbon benefit of subsequent process was optimized in the casting process design stage,so as to improve the resource level and production efficiency of traditional manufacturing industry and realize the sustainable development of the industry.Specific research contents include:Firstly,the technological process of sand casting was analyzed,and the feature of casting process and casting production were explained.From the perspective of the technological design feature of casting,the technological design process was characterized by decomposition and construction.On this basis,the technological design feature was divided into casting material feature,casting geometry structure feature and pouring feature,and the influencing mechanism of the technological parameters associated with the feature was analyzed.Secondly,a calculation model considering carbon emission,production time and resource cost is established according to the process design feature of sand casting.On this basis,a process design feature carbon benefit model is proposed.Then,according to the design feature of sand casting process,the research on optimization of sand casting process design feature parameters is carried out.Combined with the influence mechanism of process parameters related to the design features of sand casting process,the correlative parameters of casting geometric structure feature and pouring feature were optimized,so as to realize the purpose of energy saving,emission reduction and cost reduction in the casting process and improve carbon benefit.At last,taking a certain disk and base casting as the example of casting geometry structure feature and pouring feature,the original process design scheme and optimized process design scheme of casting were verified by simulation software,and the data of casting production process was calculated and analyzed by combining with carbon benefit model.The results of the example show that,in view of the process design feature of the study,it is better to adopt the process scheme of making sand core to make holes and optimize the pouring temperature,etc.,verifying that the optimization method can effectively improve the carbon benefit of the process plan and optimize the feature related process parameters.
