The temperature-sensitive intelligent hydrogel has the characteristics of good biocompatibility, fast stimulus response, excellent water absorption and water retention properties which shows broad application prospects in biomedical fields such as drug delivery, tissue engineering, and wound dressing et al.Typically,poly?N-isopropylacrylamide??NIPAM?temperature-sensitive hydrogels show unique advantages as drug carriers due to their phase transition temperature close to physiological temperature, but there are still problems such as poor mechanical properties and low drug loading, which greatly limits its application. Therefore, this article aims to overcome the technical research bottleneck of the existing NIPAM hydrogels, and prepare the novel NIPAM temperature-sensitive hydrogels with good mechanical properties and high drug loading. The specific research includes the following two aspects:1.NIPAM and acrylamide?AAM?as monomers, vinylated graphene oxide?GM?and rectorite?REC?as enhancers,a series of NIPAM-AAM/GM/REC hydrogel carriers were synthesized by radical polymerization, then loaded with the model drug ciprofloxacin hydrochloride to obtain antibacterial temperature-sensitive hydrogels of different components and discussed and characterized the influence of the preparation process on the composition, structure and performance of the hydrogel. The results showed that the addition of GM and REC significantly improved the mechanical properties and swelling properties of the hydrogel, and the prepared drug-loaded antibacterial temperature-sensitive hydrogel all had high drug loading, relatively complete drug release and excellent antibacterial performance at physiological temperature 37?.2.NIPAM as a monomer, vinylated carboxylated chitosan?CG?as a cross-linking agent, and vinylated graphene oxide?GM?as a reinforcing agent,a series of NIPAM-CG/GM hydrogel carriers were synthesized by radical polymerization method, and then loaded with model drug ciprofloxacin hydrochloride to obtain antibacterial temperature-sensitive hydrogels of different components. At the same time, the influence of the preparation process and the composition, structure and performance were discussed. The results founded that the addition of CG and GM improved the compression performance of the hydrogel, and the LCST of the hydrogel could be adjusted by controlling the amount of CG.In addition, different components of drug-loaded antibacterial temperature-sensitive hydrogels all had high drug loading, and all the drug-loaded hydrogels except for NC20G4 hydrogel?its LCST temperature was more than 37??had relatively complete drug release at physiological temperature 37?.The antibacterial result showed that all hydrogels possessed excellent antibacterial effects.
