With a series of national policies on mixing the manufacturing industry and the Internet,the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry continues to increase.As a leading company in the home appliance manufacturing industry,Midea Group is one of the earliest companies to start digital transformation.Midea Group want to achieve the ability of flexible manufacturing and be more competitive.To achieve the goal of digital company and flexible manufacturing,it is necessary to collect and manage the data of each link in the manufacturing stage.CNC machine tools are the most important part of the whole manufacturing link.Therefore,the data collection and the management of CNC machine tools is the key to achieve the goal of digital enterprise and flexible manufacturing.The data collection technology is used to collect real-time,adequate and accurate information on different conditions generated in the manufacturing stage.On the basis of this data,the manufacturing process is further managed and controlled,which greatly improves the robustness,flexibility and guarantee processing capability of the system.Therefore,the study of the data acquisition system on CNC machine tool is very meaningful.This thesis Introduced the data acquisition system and it's development in China and overseas.Explain the research background and significance of this topic.Secondly,what is the key technology applied in the data acquisition system.Then analyze the demand for the data acquisition system.And the thesis determines that the machine tool that needs to collect data is the FANUC CNC machine tool.The data that needs to be collected includes NC,PMC and alarms.Based on the characteristics of FANUC CNC machine tool,use the FOCAS library function to realize the communication between PC and CNC machine tool.Based on the characteristics of the FOCAS library function,the data acquisition system based on the secondary development of the software is determined.Using C# language to develop the UI on the.NET framework,and using SQL Server to store data.The system design focuses on the realization of data collection,data processing and visualization functions.At the same time,it realizes the design of registration,login,operation UI and help UI to make the system better.After the software is completed,the two methods named white box testing and black box testing are used to comprehensively test the system and continuously improve and optimize thesystem.After testing,the system is stable and reliable.Finally,the data acquisition system was successfully applied to the FANUC CNC machine tool of Midea,which can collect key data of CNC machine tool in real time.Based on the complete and reliable data collection technology,a large amount of effective data is obtained to ensure the safe and efficient production and excellent product quality.Provide the basic data for the department of process status data application,and contribute to flexible manufacturing and the digital transformation.
