The comprehensive application of computer applicable technique which is represented of computer network and database technique developed the manufacturing information rapidly. At present, the system of ERP/MRP II is only used to establish the product plan and manage the material for the management information in the level of workshop, but the application of the system about the basic real-time data acquisition and management has not common. Considering the requirement of the factory, developed a system about the data acquisition and management during the process of glass-bulb manufacture.The jobs of this thesis focus on:1) Consulting the reference, the internal and external status of the manufacturing information, the application experience of the ERP/MRP II system and the main existing issue were mastered.2) According to the theory of ERP/MRP II, the ERP/MRP II system of the whole factory and the subsystem of the manufacturing workshop were programmed.3) The data acquisition of the simulating quantum and the digital quantum was studied;the technique of acquiring the on-spot data was put forward.4) According to the thoughts of facing the object, a system about the data acquisition and management in the process of glass-bulb manufacture was developed;the control of the database safety was realized.5) Basing on the function, a simulating system was developed, which is used to check the system of the data acquisition and management.The thesis includes the following:The first chapter introduces the background of this thesis. The second chapter introduces the procedure of the glass-bulb manufacture and programs the ERP/MRP II system of the whole factory. The third chapter introduces the development of the database. The fourth chapter introduces the system of real-time acquisition on-spot and the controlling technique. The fifth chapter introduces the software development of the data acquisition and management during the process of glass-bulb manufacture. The sixth chapter introduces the simulation for the data acquisition and management system. The seventh chapter introduces theinnovation of this thesis.
