| Reinforced mechanical connection technology began as early as in the1870’s to thepresent, there have been all kinds of joints of reinforced machinery, such as rollingstraight thread joints, taper thread joints, grouting rebar joints, semi-grouting rebar jointsand so on. Semi-grouting rebar joints in the reforced connectors, the large diameter andhigh strength steel is gradually becoming the present the general trend with its uniqueadvantages.This article maked a discussion on prefabricated assembled and on-site constructiongrouting of the semi-grouting rebar connection technology, analyse the test and the finiteelement about basic mechanical behavior. The purpose is to study the installationconstruction process and mechanical behavior of semi-grouting rebar joints, accumulatefield experience and experimental basis for later for widely used in such joints.In accordance with the requirements of JGJ107-2010, after the precast and grouting iscompleted, we selected three kinds of the same diameter of40mm semi-grouting rebarjoints, analysis on the static test and dynamic test in the loading machine.Analysis on the static test reflects the basic properties of joints, mainly uniaxialtension test. Through test on the uniaxial tension of diameter of40mm semi-grouting rebarjoints, test results showed that the tensile strength of semi-grouting rebar joints can meetthe design requirements of Ⅰlevel joints.Analysis on the dynamic test includes large deformation repeated tension andcompression test and high stress repeated tension and compression test. We did anexperiment on joints, test results showed that various performance indicators ofsemi-grouting rebar joints can meet the design requirements of Ⅰlevel joints.Finally, we through finite element numerical simulation of ANSYS software for thejoint uniaxial tensile test, get the correspond stress nephogram and failure pattern.Cmpared simulated data with specification and test, simulated results showed that thetensile strength of semi-grouting rebar joints can meet the design requirements of Ⅰleveljoints, also verify the accuracy of the joint tension test. The pratical application ofengineering laid the foundation for the future. |
