Based on the typical steam turbine as the main research object,combined the actual turbine target market and a steam turbine manufacturing enterprise,taking reducing the risk of the commodity inventory of the steam turbine and its supply chain as the core,taking the risk management and controlling of the commodity stocks of the steam turbine as an example,grope for the steam turbine and its merchandise inventory in the supply chain risk control measures.Steam turbine belongs to national infrastructure kind of major equipment,widely used,but the demand of the economic growth,macroeconomic factors such as related industrial policy.At home and abroad since the outbreak of the financial crisis,the economy continues to weaken,situational and changeful,users in great changes of the actual demand for steam turbine,steam turbine and its supply chain of goods in stock are high.And the design of the steam turbine " producing according to sales " manufacturing model,more determine the features of its recycling scrap value is low,huge risk.A steam turbine company commodity stocks soared in recent years,the 2011 monthly inventory amount is increased by more than 30%.Objectively demands we should study how to better synergy buyer according to the change in time,identify appropriate delivery date,by adjusting the commodity production plan and purchasing plan,etc.,used in steam turbine in the whole supply chain system,and reduce capital takes up,reduce the risk of supply chain.In this paper,the main research contents are as follows: 1),steam turbine and its sources of supply chain inventory risk;2),steam turbine industry and its supply chain inventory risk theory basis to identify and handle;3),steam turbine and the contract process of supply chain risk identification and treatment method of research;4),through the assessment of merchandise inventory reversed transmission turbine merchandise inventory risk identification and treatment.In this paper,in order to reduce the whole risk of supply chain as the core goal,from the enterprise of a steam turbine and its environment,the whole process of supply chain is presented based on the contract goods inventory risk management approach,and build the supply chain risk management thinking on the Internet platform,proposes and practice assessment method,summarizes the turbine manufacturers goods inventory.At the same time points out the limitations and deficiencies of this study,the hopes and puts forward the further research direction.This paper finally worked out a set of suitable for " producing according to sales " turbine manufacturers of goods inventory and supply chain risk management measures,is how to better the enterprises pursue excellence performance,improve the comprehensive quality of enterprise operation practical and effective supplement.
