| With the rapid development of science and technology,the competition mode of enterprises has undergone tremendous changes,and the competition among enterprises has evolved into competition among supply chains.As an important link in the supply chain,inventory management plays a key role in the integrated management and the cooperation of the various nodes in the supply chain.Therefore,in the context of supply chain management,how to fully mobilize the favorable resources and information of the upstream supply end and the downstream demand side,and how to make effective management of inventory have become a top priority for enterprises.According to the theory of inventory management,this paper analyzes the inventory management status of C automobile sales company in depth and comprehensively,and finds out some problems such as the lack of awareness of the supply chain inventory management concept existing in the company’s inventory management,the unreasonable inventory capital occupation level,the unreasonable inventory structure,and the low delivery rate of orders.Low question and from the perspective of supply chain inventory management,the specific optimization strategy is proposed: In the aspect of demand forecast management,information sharing should be strengthened and sales forecast accuracy should be improved;In the aspect of product classification management,ABC classification method should be adopted and the inventory counting process should be optimize to make inventory management more flexible;In the aspect of inventory management performance index assessment,the inventory management index system should be improved to enhance the inventory management performance;In the implementation of supply chain inventory management strategy,the supply chain information sharing mechanism should be established and the supplier management inventory model should be used to reduce the inventory level of enterprises,improve the utilization rate of corporate funds,and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving corporate profit levels. |
