Fieldbus Control System FCS has a fully distributed,fully digital,intelligent,two-way,interconnected,multi-variable,multi-contact characteristics,has become a new trend in the development of automatic control systems,and in the three-tier structure of the fieldbus control system,the underlying fieldbus instrumentation plays a vital role.Zirconia oxygen analyzer style in industrial furnaces and kilns to measure the oxygen content in the flue gas is widely used,but due to the development of the country is lagging behind oxygen analyzer has measurement accuracy is not high,instruments and other shortcomings short life and correction process requires staff to carry standard cylinders to field operations,to maintain field devices has caused great inconvenience.Based on the above considerations,the paper select the absolute leading market share bus PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus communication oxygen analyzer,designed and implemented with a PROFIBUS-DP field bus station from oxygen analysis instrumentation communication interface,and thus promote the PROFIBUS-DP intelligent instruments and equipment at home development fieldbus is a meaningful work.Papers in-depth study of the PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus communication technology,analyzes the communication protocol and the communication process and communication protocols in the practical application implementation.Studied the oxygen measuring principle zirconia oxygen analyzer,focuses on the oxygen meter data acquisition,PID temperature control,PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus communication and other aspects of design and implementation,and finally completed the qualitative and quantitative instrument testing,experiments show that this topic is designed PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus oxygen measurement accuracy to meet the requirements,temperature control accuracy has increased,to achieve the PROFIBUS-DP slave communication function,stable and reliable.This paper developed a PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus oxygen analyzer has easy maintenance,long life characteristics,the controller set temperature control,digital display,analog output,oxygen auto-correction,over-temperature protection and other functions into one,with a wide range of prospects and promotional value.
