Characterization Mold And Regional Reflection Of Memorial Architecture

Memorial architecture,to commemorate people with merit,eminen t man,important event and architecture or architectural art built where there is historical or natural characteristics.For a famous city both with history and culture,memorial architecture provide citizens a place to commemorate heroes,martyrs,ancesto rs,express their affection and carry forward traditional culture,it is definitely the soul of city,represent the overall spirit of the city,the memorial architecture's importance and significance is self-evident.Under the background of today's globalization with rapid development,the historical appeal and the geographic affinity of existing environment we live in is slowly dissipating,is facing with the resolution both in depth and significance.The excessive impact of globalization has brought unprecedented challenges to all walks of life,more and more scholars have realized the negative effects of globalization by rationality and introspection,concept of architecture culture's localization,regionalization is gradually enjoying popular support,re gional architecture as an important part has been approved.As historical cultural heritage,memorial architecture should undertake the historical mission of protecting certain area's regional culture.Therefore,research on the regional design of memorial architecture is more essential.This paper first introduced relevant concepts in detail of memorial architecture,then systematically explained its developing history specifically.This paper aims to explore the compatibility of memorial architecture and regional culture.Mainly through investigation of outstanding examples,literature review and questionnaire interview,take developing status and design principle of memorial architecture both at home and abroad as reference,and based on analysis and appl ication of regional factors for memorial architecture,to give us an objective and comprehensive understanding of memorial architecture's regional characteristics.Based on this facts,the author take the planning and environmental design which he personally experienced of Yuntai mountain hero park in Anhua this project as a typical example,preliminary analyzed and researched on the design principle,design method,function composition and artistic conception shaping this aspects of martyr cemetery and memorial architecture.Combines the practical design process and result of the project,put forward and discussed the possible problems and solutions in the process of designing regional architecture,provide relevant strategies and valuable content for the practical design of different types of memorial architecture with regional characteristics,and as a reference for further research.
