As the urban construction of China continues to advance,urban development has entered a new stage.Urban development framework continues to expand,and the city gradually lost humanistic scale.In today’s fast-growing motorized transport,people,as the master of city,the quality of life has reduced.There is increasing lack of urban public space,and urban vitality gradually lost.Because of its unique terrain,hilly city has rich green resources.Under the premise of respecting the characteristics of the hilly city,how to promote the construction of humane city become a critical issue.This paper attempts to combine with slow-traffic system and urban greenway,thereby more effectively both environmental and social benefits,to create a comfortable,convenient and sustainable urban space.As an urban development and business philosophy,slow-traffic system should throughout all aspects of city life.Based on a clear background,purpose and object of study,through analysed and summarized research in both china and abroad in building greenways slow-traffic system,this paper try to investigate the factors that constitute the hilly city greenway slow-traffic system planning and design,and the impact factors,to put forward strategies of hilly urban greenways slow-traffic system planning and design,and to propose comments and suggestions of future planning and construction of the hilly city greenway slow-traffic system.This paper can be divided into five sections:The first chapter is an introduction,which describes the background,clearly delineates the purpose and significance of the study,delineates the scope of the study and research,determines the research methods and constructs research technical courses.The second chapter is the fundamental part of the thesis,about the theoretical basis and practice part.Including the definition of the concept of the hilly city,mean of and the type of greenways division,the role of the slow-traffic system of greenways development,the concept and the element of slow-traffic system.The paper explains research in both china and abroad in slow-traffic system,providing a theoretical reference and guidance for future study.Through the domestic and foreign-related cases collected and the related current situation be combined with,we learn some lessons and think about inspiration for planning and construction of urban slow-traffic system of our country in this chapter,in order to make a guidance later.The third chapter is an important part of the thesis.We elaborate and analyze a series of things in this part of the thesis,such as design objectives,elements,influencing factors and demands of the hilly urban greenways slow-traffic system to build evidence of hilly greenways slow-traffic system strategies.The forth chapter is the core part of the thesis.Based on the foregoing research and analysis,thesis presents the targeted planning and design strategies,which from the following aspects: the overall slow-traffic system planning,slow road network level building,features slow corridor construction,slow landscape construction,slow environmental improvement,to conduct a preliminary study in planning and design of urban greenways hilly slow-traffic system.The fifth chapter does case study for the object in Zhuzhou city slow-traffic system construction.
