On Recycling Mode And Rebuilding Strategy In Beijing Old Industrial Park

With the industrial restructuring and accelerated urbanization,the original function,industry layout and spatial land use of the city was repositioned and redesigned.Industrial enterprises are transferring from the city to the periphery,and a large number of old industrial park are idled.This paper takes the reuse mode and building strategy of the old industrial park in Beijing as the research object.The full text is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter introduced the research background,research object,concise outlines th e background,explained the research content,research methods and research framework.The second chapter introduces the status quo of the reuse of the old industrial park,analyzes the origin of the reuse of the old industrial park,and analyzes the development of the old industrial park in China and foreign countries.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of factors restricting reuse of old industrial park in Beijing: the natural environment level,the level of social environment,its level of conditions,the economic cost.In the fourth chapter,the tourism mode of the old industrial park is studied,and its concept,features,status quo and existing problems,development and operation strategy are analyzed,and the theoretical research is improved through case study.The fifth chapter studied the old industrial park to build model of Creative Industry Park,analyzes its concept,characteristic,current situation and existing problems,development and operation strategy,and through the case analysis to improve the theoretical research.The sixth chapter studies the comprehensive reuse mode of the old industrial park,analyzes its concept,features,development principle and value,development and operation strategy,and through case analysis to improve the theoretical research.Chapter 7 studied Beijing Old Industrial Park recycling process related construction strategy,a detailed study of the old industrial park planning of reuse,construction of space reuse,building envelope structure reuse,specific components and site reuse,park landscape reuse,as well as the reuse in the process of humanization design strategy.The research on the reuse mode of the paper is improved through the construction strategy of the reuse process.On the basis of the three modes in the old industrial park,the author concluded similarities and differences of three different patterns and related building reuse strategy with a view to contribute to the reuse of old industrial park in Beijing and even the whole country.
