China-Singapore suzhou industrial park(SIP) is not only the first cooperation project of Chinese and the Singapore Governments,but also the first area in which our country carries oversea success managerial experiences on the Large expanse. From urban planning, decision-making, implementation and management and so on... each aspects, the SIP all has its particularity. Specially, special urban planning model of the SIP has advancing, distinctive quality and the complete characteristic, which is Singapore's urban planning system inheritance, the development and the innovation.This research is about the planning pattern of China-Singapore suzhou industrial park (SIP), which sourced from Singapore new town plan pattern which is the main construction experience of Singapore. Then, the research explores the ideal planning pattern. Through this research, the author hoped to provide the reference function for Chinese new town construction.The first part of this article is an introduction, which introduces the background of selected topic. the object of study and the domestic and foreign correlation research , as well as paper selected topic goal, content and frame.The second part is this article core part,Mainly includes second, three, four chapters. Which mainly embarked the new town planning pattern and discussed Singapore's new town construction with emphasis. Then, this part carries on the real diagnosis analysis to the planning practice of Suzhou Industry Park(SIP), analyzing the establishments and loses among suzhou industry park (SIP)planning.After summarizing the practice of overseas new town and Suzhou Industry Park(SIP) planning, the writer discussed the overall condition of Chinese planning. Finally, this article initially discussed the ideal planning pattern.The third part will be the conclusion and the future forecasts of this research.
