In today's society,with the economic development,car has gradually replaced other means of transport,and has become an important way to travel.This gradually led to traffic congestion on rush hour,increasing pollution and other urban issues.A car equipped with only one person will increase the number of vehicles on the road,which contributed to congestion,resource consumption,and pollution of the atmosphere.Carpool increasingly recognized by people.Carpooling helps increasing ridership on the road of vehicles,improving the utilization of resources.Secondly,carpooling helps reducing the cost of travel of passengers,and the driver can get more income for charge more passengers.Qcarpool system is a carpool platform for colleague of the Company,this system aimed to help the ones who are working overtime to get a cab easily and reduce reimbursement expenses.Also this system hopes to make a contribution for the blue sky and unimpeded transportation of Beijing.The carpool system is based on Baidu Map API,SpringMVC,MyBatis and other technologies.This system use Carpool matching algorithm to help users making their decisions.For now,this system only support one-to-many mode which have the same starting point of the ride and separate destinations.The main idea is to obtain the passenger's information,and the information will be used to match with the existing carpooling orders,each order will be scored and ranked,highly recommended orders will be on the top of the list.Besides this system also provide carpool order management for all users.
