Green engineering project management is a new era under the background of a new management way,our country economy rapid development in recent years,companies with the tide of economic development and pay more attention to their own economic interests.In order to achieve the goal of economic circumstances and often ignore the social benefit and environmental benefit,this situation lead to the waste of resources and environmental pollution,in order to improve this situation,the implementation of the green engineering project management and is now the mainstream of the engineering project management.Green project management in the development of our country under the influence of many factors,and blind governance environment and waste finance can not get good result at the same time,the implementation of green project management can effectively improve the situation.This paper firstly introduces the green engineering project management under the new normal,discussed the significance of project implement green management,in the green engineering project management theory,the basis of the concept,principle and implement dynamic focus on how to build green engineering project management performance evaluation index system,constructed from the management,economy,technology,resources,energy and environment six aspects evaluation of the performance evaluation index system,through the study of relevant literature,the performance evaluation determined using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to this article research on green engineering project management performance evaluation index weights of given,green engineering project management performance evaluation model is established.Secondly by caux project for the analysis of actual cases,has carried on the quantitative processing to project the green management,according to the established evaluation system analysis evaluation summary.This article also combined with wan caux project example for green management of the implementation of the scheme including modern management,environmentalprotection,energy conservation and consumption reduction and civilized construction site construction application summary,also has good reference value for other engineering.
