When the designers conduct the structural design,they don't consider the accidental load.For people,because the probability of accidental events is increasing,at the same time,structure collapse often cause heavy casualties losses and huge economic losses.The engineerings have more and more attention to the design of analysis of the structural resistance to collapse,the research significance is very clear.Based on the research results of the aspects of the structural resistance to progressive collapse at home and abroad,combined with the related literature,this paper puts forward the analysis method and steps of the structural resistance to progressive collapse,evaluate the resistance performance with one bearing column of the frame structure be demolished.By the finite element analysis software SAP2000,analysis the resistance to progressive collapse of a teaching center,respectively remove the short side column?long side column?corner column and inner column of ground floor,use linear static analysis nonlinear static analysis to judge whether residual structural have the ablity to resist to continuous collapsed.Discuss the sensitive factors,including the span,the numbie of floors and demolished position.By anasysing the ability of resisting to progressive collapse is the weakest when corner column of ground floor is removing;for nonlinear analysis,owing to considering the role of plastic hinge,the limit resistance of the structure than linear analysis results,the deformation of the structure can bear also far greater than linear analysis situation;when a frame column is demolished,the span is longer,the abitity of resisting to progressive collapse is weaker;the demolished position is lower,the abitity of resisting to progressive collapse of residual structure is weaker;the ability of resisting to progressive collapse of "U" type and "L" type structure is poorer than regular structure result.We hope that the conclusion we get can provid basic reference to progressive collapse design in China.
