Along with the electric power market reform and the strategic adjustment of national economic planning,power enterprises are also faced with fierce competition.Power supply enterprise is the pursuit of profit from a single target,and gradually to the reliable power supply,customer satisfaction,advanced technology,the increment of human capital and other target transfer.Especially with the national grid to found international top-ranking enterprise strategy,to strengthen the internal management of enterprises,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,the performance evaluation of the guiding role and implementation of the business strategy of combining situation in inevitable.Based on the performance oriented power supply enterprise key performance indicator system design project research,believe to be able to supply power to upgrade the management level of enterprises and sustainable development has the important research value and practical significance.By using the combination of theoretical and empirical research methods,firstly,about existing performance evaluation and key performance index design of the literature at home and abroad to conduct a comprehensive analysis,and elaborated the performance evaluation,balanced scorecard,key performance indicators such as basic theory knowledge;secondly,in the analysis of power supply enterprise management on the basis of the characteristics of NMG,ultra high power company performance appraisal and analysis of the current situation and points out the existing problems;thirdly,on the basis of the above research,using the Balanced Scorecard and key performance index method and Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,AHP,from the financial,customer,internal operation,learning and innovation in the four dimensions of enterprise strategy target layer decomposition,on the NMG ultra high voltage power supply company performance assessment key index system design,and performance evaluation index system of key implementation effect empirical analysis is carried out;finally,the project is effective carry out put forward relevant measures.
