| Under the background of sustainable development of construction industry,the state vigorously promotes industrialized construction,which makes the rapid development of assembled construction.However,at present,assembly construction enterprises have insufficient management capacity,low project productivity and low resource utilization,which seriously restrict the efficiency and development of enterprises.Therefore,the supply chain management model is introduced into the construction industry to promote the management capability of assembly construction enterprises,which in turn leads to the improvement of their economic and social benefits.The rapid and healthy development of construction supply chain management cannot be achieved without scientific performance evaluation,but most of the existing studies focus on the optimization of the construction supply chain or some kind of performance evaluation,but seldom involve the performance evaluation of the whole supply chain of assembled construction projects.Therefore,the research on the performance level of the supply chain of assembled buildings is an important issue for the development of assembled buildings and a realistic demand for achieving highquality development of assembled buildings.Establishing a sound performance evaluation system for assembled buildings and providing a feedback mechanism for the supply chain of assembled buildings have important practical and practical significance for engineering management.In this paper,the research on the performance evaluation of the supply chain of assembled buildings is conducted from the perspective of application requirements.Firstly,it compares the relevant theories and research status of the assembly building supply chain and supply chain performance evaluation,forms a scientific understanding of the research object,understands the characteristics of the assembly building supply chain and its existing performance analysis,clarifies the starting point and landing point of this study,and lays the foundation for building a targeted performance evaluation system.The paper then combines the balanced scorecard model and the green closed-loop supply chain idea in the supply chain operation reference model,and constructs six supply chain performance evaluation dimensions based on financial status,customer satisfaction,learning and growth,supply chain reliability,supply chain agility and green perspective,and uses a combination of theoretical analysis and frequency analysis to determine 25 secondary evaluation indicators.In order to obtain more accurate indicator weights,we adopts the hierarchical analysis-entropy weight method to calculate the weights of each indicator.At the same time,multiple performance evaluation methods are compared and analysed,and grey clustering is combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct a grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The performance level of the assembly building supply chain was divided into five levels: excellent,good,fair,poor and worst.The six dimensions and the subordination vectors of 25 secondary indicators were obtained by using grey clustering,and the overall performance level of each dimension of the supply chain was then obtained according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,an empirical study was conducted on an assembled construction supply chain with Company Z as the core enterprise.Apply the performance evaluation model of Prefabricated building supply chain to the project,and the performance of the supply chain was found to be in the middle to upper level.It proposes specific optimisation strategies.Through the empirical study,the performance level of the supply chain is reflected from no dimension,and the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation system and the evaluation method are illustrated.The research results of this paper can provide amounts of reference for the supply chain management of assembly construction projects and the exchange with the industry. |
