With the promotion of the assembly structure and the rapid development of the new energy-saving wallboard,the new building industrialization has become the trend of China's construction industry.The research on the fabricated new wallboard is imperative.The autoclaved aerated concrete has the advantages of light quality,high strength,good insulation and sound insulation performance,strong processability,environmental protection,and so on.But the wall production is facing a series of problems of high cost,complicated production process,and domestic production in bulk.Based on this,the purpose of this paper is to study a kind of assembled wallboard composed of autoclaved aerated concrete block and reinforced material.The wall panel has the advantages of autoclaved aerated concrete block and reinforcing fiber,and it is simpler and cheaper than autoclaved aerated concrete slab.The on-site assembly and construction is convenient and simple.In order to clarify the mechanical properties of the autoclaved aerated concrete block partition board and optimize its design,and provide reference for the theoretical basis and engineering practical application,this paper carried out experimental research and theoretical analysis on flexural performance of the partition board,and puts forward its production process,the main research contents are as follows:(1)In this paper,the basic mechanical properties of the material used for the assembly type block partition board are first studied.The compression strength and splitting tensile strength test of the autoclaved aerated concrete cube specimen are carried out which show that the ratio of evaporation of tensile strength and compressive strength of aerated concrete is greater than the splitting pressure associated with the limit,meet the requirements of specification;compression strength tests of special adhesive and ordinary mortar is carried out which shows that the compressive strength of a special binder and to meet the requirements;the reinforced materials(fiber grid and reinforced)tensile test are carried out which show that the mechanical properties of two kinds of materials are in compliance with the relevant requirements.(2)The flexural performance of the autoclaved aerated concrete block partition board is tested and studied.Bending test of 7 pieces of autoclaved aerated concrete block wall with four points loading method are carried out,the influence of span and optimization scheme,including the form of block interface,the type of reinforcement and reinforcement area,on the stiffness,deflection and flexural capacity of the partition board are compared and analyzed.(3)The test results and theoretical calculation of the flexural test of the autoclaved aerated concrete block partition board are analyzed.Through the comparative analysis of the results of data acquisition(including the 7 partition plates of cross section height-strain curve and the wall span--deflection curve,the load-deformation curve of wallboard etc.),the calculation of the theoretical value of the bending resistance of the block wall plate is given.The results show that the test results meet the requirements of theoretical calculation and have a certain safety reserve.(4)The structure of block wall plate is optimized and the production process and hoisting process of the wall plate are put forward.Through the test results of the bending performance of the partition board,the structure of the partition board is optimized and the construction requirements of the block partition board are given.Based on production equipment(including batching,pouring and curing,cutting,wall panel assembling,wall decoration,loading and unloading and packing equipment)and production process,the production process and hoisting process of the wallboard are put forward.
