Research On The Terrain Adaptability Of The Affordable Housing Design In Hilly Area

Large number of low-income residents have benefit from affordable housing construction which have been sustained almost 20 years in China.However,it is restricted by conditions of policy,economy and technology,a lot of trouble,such as design and use,had been exposed in affordable housing construction.To crack the nuts and apply to more affordable for low-income groups,regional,open living environment,the study of affordable housing in different terrain,limate,context,landscape,such as adaptability under the condition of design strategy,and to practice project as a case,analyzes with terrain adaptability of affordable housing design strategy.Take the introduction as the beginning of article,this paper discusses the research background,purpose,for defining the relevant concepts,and put forward the research train of thought,the thesis framework,etc.Subsequent theoretical basis of research,explore the relevant theories of affordable housing and terrain adaptability.On this basis,elaborated the hilly region of affordable housing in the design of influencing factors in detail,natural factors,human factors and consumer factors;At the same time to summarize practical investigation,summed up the problems existing in the affordable housing have been completed,it is pointed out that the restriction of hilly region of affordable housing design,targeted,necessity.Then,based on the design theory,tells the story of hilly region terrain adaptability principles in the design of affordable housing.Through the space design,historical context,single building from three aspects of the analysis,understanding under the condition of different slope,mountain,low-income housing complex spatial properties,morphological characteristics,earthen methods,climate resilience,such as design principles,mastering all types hilly architectural design concept.Base on above,to study terrain adaptability in different layer,from the morphology of the terrain,groups,building monomer,accessory occupancy aspects such as design,regional and industrialization,and to practice project as an example to expound the design method.At last,looking forward to the future development and research direction.In the process of research,mainly USES the method of observation,data collection method,research method and design practice method,etc.Through multiple research methods,to explore terrain adaptability in hilly area of affordable housing design principles and strategies.This article through to the hilly area of affordable housing in the design of adaptive terrain,the terrain,climate,human factors,combining with the design of the housing,to explore more terrain adaptation method in the design and strategy,broke the previous single study of the status quo of affordable housing can hope for hilly region terrain adaptability of affordable housing design and maintenance of the city characteristics play a positive role,and to a certain extent,make an increase in life quality and happiness among affordable housing residents.
