The Developing Of Automatic Production Line Control System Of Photovoltaic Junction Box

With the increasing depletion of fossil energy and the deterioration of environmental pollution,renewable energy has been widely concerned.Solar energy resources are quite expensive,which makes photovoltaic power generation become the most sustainable development of new energy.However,the development of photovoltaic industry in China has a short history but with fast pace.As a result,a lot of advanced production equipment and production methods are not used in this industry.Automation production line has been widely used in electric power,metallurgy,machinery manufacturing,automobile and other industries to reduce product cost,improve production efficiency and ensure the consistency of the product.The photovoltaic junction box industry belongs to the labor-intensive industry,which has high production cost and low production efficiency.Therefore,the PV junction box industry is in need of the introduction of automated production line technology to improve product quality and production efficiency urgently.This paper in view of the production cost,low production efficiency and poor consistent of the products of photovoltaic junction box,the author designed and developed a automatic assembly photovoltaic junction box production line which has a set of automatic feeding,automatic assembly and automatic blanking.The fulfil of the automatic production line is based on the analysis of the traditional production process of the photovoltaic junction box,and select the suitable production process,and determine the overall design scheme of the automatic assembly line of the PV junction box.The automatic assembling production line of the set of photovoltaic junction box is mainly composed of an upper and a lower material mechanical transmission structure,a transmission mechanism and a diode detection system.In terms of the design of the blank in the photovoltaic junction box,the author designed two kinds of feeding mechanism:the material structure of the bottom sit and the feeding structure of metal parts.The mechanism feeding of the bottom sit adopts pneumatic gripper and high strength mechanical paw mixed mode.The feeding of metal material uses vacuum suction gripper,to satisfy the movement speed and positioning precision requirements of the system.In this paper,the design of the transmission mechanism uses the globoid cam indexing structure as the main transmission mechanism.The calculated globoid cam motion parameters and geometric dimensions,and the use of professional software were to establish the 3D entity model of the transmission mechanism.The transmission mechanism of step motor and reducer were selected.Diodes photovoltaic junction box is good or bad performance directly affects the junction box of the quality of the products.In order to realize automatic detection of diodes photovoltaic junction box,the design photovoltaic junction box for automatic assembly production line,diode automatic detection system integrated into the production line,completed the diode automatic detection circuit design,PLC control program flow and write,touch screen selection and installation work.Through experiments and testing on site,the diode automatic detection system can be used to avoid the original detection method in the presence of missed detection and false detection problems.The automatic assembly production line of photovoltaic junction box designed in this paper has been put into actual production process,through nearly two years of field debugging,running and testing,the results show that:the photovoltaic junction box for automatic assembly production line of the design indicators have reached the design target.The quality of the product is much better than the traditional manual production line.New technology makes a good human-computer interaction,which is conducive to the promotion of the set of production lines.And it well bring good market prospects...
