At present,the product of automotive shift positioning sleeve in our country is still using manual assembly,and there is no related automated assembly line.For those that exist in manual assembly problems,such as automation labor intensity,low level,assembly quality can not be guaranteed,This paper,basing on assembly process,proposed a design scheme of automobile shift positioning sleeve automated assembly equipment.Then carried out a detailed analysis and structural design for key process equipment Finally,the control system and prototype of the assembly equipment are designed and the relevant experiments are carried out.The topic of research on key technology of automatic assembly of Automotive Shifting Locating Sleeve and the development for its device has a high engineering practical significance.,and the main work is as follows:(1)The design and layout scheme of the automatic assembly process of the automobile shift positioning sleeve is completed.Through researching the traditional manual assembly technology of automobile shift sleeve,this paper discusses the component composition of the products and determines the automatic assembly process and layout suitable for the product.(2)Completed the automatic assembly of the plunger module design.For the difficulties such as small ball quantitative counting assembly,large ball pressure equipment,steel ball rotation flexibility testing,this paper through the engineering design methodology to solve the relevant difficulties.(3)The design of the auto-assembly module for spinning shut is finished.Aiming at the importance of feeding precision to the quality of spinning shut,based on the multi-mention theory,establish the error matrix of material feeding,and then the precision is optimized by sensitivity analysis and genetic algorithm.(4)The design of the online rapid testing module for finished assembly parameters is finished.Through analyzing the detection principle and choosing the appropriate detection method,the on-line rapid testing equipment is designed and the estimate the theoretical running time.(5)Design the control system of auto assembly line of automative shift positioning sleeve and manufacture of the prototype.And then Partial performance test and error analysis are carried out according to the prototype.
