| Manufacturing is an important part of the sustainable development of a country,and machinery manufacturing is an important factor affecting the country’s core competitiveness.The Chinese government puts forward the concep t of intelligent manufacturing,emphasizing the use of digital and automated methods to improve production efficiency in the field of industrial manufacturing.As an important electrical equipment to improve people’s living standards,household air conditioners have a large market space.Traditional household air conditioners use a lot of manpower to participate in the production process,the production capacity of the entire assembly process and flow is low,and stable product quality cannot be guaranteed,and the production capacity is difficult to meet market needs.In the situation of labor shortage,it is more and more urgent to solve the problem of air-conditioning compressor manual handling and assembly by automation.This article puts forward the research of this subject around the compressor automatic assembly process in the automatic production of air-conditioning,which has important application value.This design is based on the research of the automatic assembly and detection technology of the external compressor of a household air-conditioning company.The article firstly analyzes the process defects of the external compressor of the air conditioner installed by hand,and proposes the optimized automatic assembly process of the compressor.Compressor assembly efficiency and technical factors,the overall design of the compressor’s automatic assembly layout,process and module composition.Secondly,the article establishes the kinematics model of the manipulator,and obtains the optimal solution of the manipulator through the analysis and comparison of various manipulator models.Thirdly,the kinematic principle of the end holder is analyzed and simulated,and the structure design,overall design and simulation analysis of the end holder mechanism are completed.Then the module composition and working principle of the visual inspection system are analyzed,the image inspection algorithm of the compressor automatic assembly is designed,and the CCD visual inspection system selection is completed.Finally,the article introduces the installation experimental conditions and process of the compressor automatic assembly system,and carries out a full range of tests and analyses on the mechanical arm mechanism,end holder,and visual inspection system,and carries out a quantitative data evaluation on the operation.Verified the usability and important value of the system.This equipment has been successfully produced and applied in a household air-conditioning company,and the operation is stable and reliable,which improves the production efficiency of air-conditioning products,and promotes the transformation of the air-conditioning industry toward the direction of intelligence. |
