With the rapid development of economy in China,industrial plants as the basic structure of manufacturing have been developed rapidly.Due to disrepair,design negligence,construction mistakes,natural and man-made disasters and other reasons,some industrial plants cannot meet the normal requirement;these affect the normal production and the quality and safety of product.If all demolish and rebuild,it will cause greater waste.In order to ensure the reliability of industrial plants,the research of industrial plants structure detection,identification and strengthening technology,has become a very important subject,and has a good social significance and economic benefits.This thesis synthetically applied the detection technology of concrete structures,industrial plant identification theory,strengthening concrete structure design and construction technology.Combined with the detection,identification and strengthening project of one industrial salt storehouse in Henan province,it detected the salt warehouse,appraised the plant grade on the basis of the detection results,it also analyzed the basic principles and applicable scope of a variety of strengthening methods,and put forward a new strengthening method of whole resist lateral strengthening and partial damaged strengthening,designed to use jacking rectification of the foundation,calculated and analyzed the bearing capacity of the plant structure after strengthened and the result meets the requirement of reliability.This thesis provides a reference for the similar projects design in the future.
