| With the continuous improvement of quality of life,income levels,the car of a family is no longer a luxury.The vehicles increased and urban parking area is increasingly tense,therefore arise stereoscopic parking methods also gradually into people’s field of vision.Mechanical stereoscopic parking equipment is simple,reliable,cost-effective,and has been recognized by the market and widely used.Combining with the project prototype of intelligent stereoscopic parking equipment,doing the action principle introduction and action feasibility analysis,and giving the prototype part of the related parameters.The project prototype adopted a new rotary way,this paper is focusing on the comprehensive analysis of it.Analysising the rotary system in the process of turning moment,It is concluded that the effect of the sliding sleeve in turning process;Putting forward the carrier sweep rotary movement ideal curve establish the system model For rotary system,and introduced a carrier sweep ideal movement case silk mother’s motion;Analysis of the rotary system response condition and its existing reduction ratio;According to the frequency control of motor speed control theory,research and carry out the rotary motor control.This article is supported as project prototype theory,provides a strong basis for the future research. |
