Research And Practice On The Green Campus Construction Of Hunan Province

The campus is an important part of society,and it can provide strong support for the country's development.At present,many schools are facing the problem of land shortage,chool's building scale insufficient and the campus hardware facilities backward,so it is necessary to build a expansive or new campus.Green campus' s planning,construction and operation management is very important for resource saving,cost saving and environment friendly.A large number of new and expanded schools,commonly used in traditional extensive construction mode,most of the school's decision-makers consider building a green campus,will be a pile of green technologies,will lead to a substantial increase in construction costs.So this article research on low cost green campus planning and construction.This paper's innovation point of view is: "campus should actively promote passive,low-cost technology," under the guidance in this view,on the campus of the indoor and outdoor environment,land,energy and water saving strategies were studied.This article selects eight typical newly-established schools as the research sample,through the questionnaire survey and individual interviews,analyze the questions in indoor and outdoor environment,water,land,building energy conservation and management.Based on the previous research results,put forward the campus outdoor environment security strategy,security strategy of campus environment,campus Festival strategy,campus building energy saving and energy utilization strategy,campus water saving and strategy and campus management six strategies of utilization of water resources.The above research results are applied to the Hunan Railway Professional Technology College's new campus on the aspect of planning,design,construction and operation management.It can provide a more successful low carbon construction mode for the green campus construction,avoid the blindness in the development process of campus construction.
