The Research Of Wind Farm Site Optimization Based On Fuzzy Multi-objective Decision-making

The macro-siting of wind farms is a complex multi-objective decision-making problem,it not only need to consider the fundamental question of wind energy resources,but also need to analyze various situations including transportation,economic efficiency,grid conditions,etc.The quality of the wind farm site has an important influence on the micro-siting of wind farm,and it is also related to the economic benefits of wind power projects.However,there is no a set of system and operable evaluation system for the wind farm site selection,the purpose of this paper is to establish a set of method which is complete and suitable for the macro-siting of the wind farm on the basis of fuzzy multi-objective decision making theory,and the method provide a scientific basis for the selection of the site.In this paper,macro location method of wind farms based on fuzzy multi-objective decision making is proposed on the basis of previous theory about the wind farm site selection and the multi-objective decision.First of all,the theories of fuzzy multi-objective decision making method are reviewed,which include the concepts related to multi-objective decision,the description of fuzzy multi-objective decision problem and the basic steps of the fuzzy multi-objective decision making;secondly problems need to pay attention to when secleting the wind farm site are analyzed,the problems include economy,the impact on the environment,meteorological disasters,the impact on power grid and so on four aspects,the characteristics of the wind farm site and multi-objective decision-making problems are studied,and the feasibility of using fuzzy multi-objective decision to select the wind farm site are analyzed according to their characteristics;moreover,the model of fuzzy multi-objective decision making theory is built,the model includes establish the wind farm site selection index system,standardize decision-making goals,determine weighs of decision-making goal,group decision making,fuzzy multi-objective decision making these five steps,and research methods applicable to the wind farm site according to above each step;finally,the empirical research for wind farm site selection was carried on.The results of this study have been well reflected in the decision-making of three alternatives,it provide decision makers with scientific method and basis,and solve the multiple scheme decision making problems in the process of the wind farm site selection.
