In recent years,with the rapid increase of China's economic development and residents' car demand,the automobile industry in China has got the opportunity to grow flourishly.But at the same time,competition among enterprises has become more intensified,with the increase in domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises.And it has been one of the most primary objectives of the current domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises to find a way of managing their own development needs for the enterprise to improve product quality and production efficiency,and to reduce production costs.Lean production management in manufacturing industry has been recognized as an effective approach through years of exploration and development in the domestic and foreign enterprises.Based on the theory of lean production,according to the status of Changfeng Group interior assembly line,the interior of the assembly assembly line distribution system,on-site management,production line layout and work station optimization are disscussed,with the aim to increase the productivity and efficiency in the interior assembly through lean production management,and to reduce the work waste,to achieve continuous improvement and to increase efficiency.The main research contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of the brief overview of the characteristics and the implement principles of lean production,it's application and implementation effection in domestic and foreign enterprises,according to the status and the problems existed in Changfeng automotive interior assembly line,the necessity and feasibility of lean production implementation methods are analyzed,considering the internal management,industry competition,and cost.(2)Based on lean production management theory,combined with the interior assembly line,the design on lean frame of Changfeng automotive interior assembly line is carried out.The lean design contents are disscussed from the formation of the team,the determinition of the scale and the building of the interior assembly line which has built the foundation for Changfeng Group interior lean framework model.(3)The logistics and distribution of interior assembly line are optimized,using the built interiors assembly line logistics systems optimization model.The interior assembly line and distribution logistics system improvement program are obtained after the analysis of billboards in picking area of the interior assembly line,parts distribution area established near the assembly line and the parts distribution process etc..A more compact and reasonable production line layout is achieved through production line for interior layout and delivery system re-planning.(4)The anomaly factors which may affect product quality and production efficiency occured in assemble interior assembly site are eliminated,through application of lean production 5S site management philosophy.The station optimization model is established after the analysis of constraints of the factors affecting the completeness and non-repetitive processes,sequence and location.The feasibility of the station optimization is verified via the station optimize instance.(5)Good results in interior products pass rate,equipment utilization and production line balancing etc.are achieved through the implimentation of lean production management of the interior assembly line in Changfeng Group.
