From 2008, the global financial crisis led to recession of the global economic, slowdown in domestic economic growth and deterioration of the enterprise survival environment. In recent years, with the popularization and application of mobile Internet technology, the touch screen industry has been developing rapidly.China is a global electronics manufacturing base and the touch screen industry is highly competitive, because many touch-screen manufacturers have joined. In such a competitive environment, ZH company urgently need to reduce waste, reduce costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprise through the application of lean production theory.This thesis will use lean production and other related theories to analyze ZH Company production organization,designing production line, assembly line balancing optimization, and logistics optimization.So it will provide both theoretical and actual benefits.In this article, it uses the last production process of capacity touch panel production line in ZH company as the research object,aims to shorten the production cycle, reduce capital occupancy and staffing, introducing the production processes, production organization and production planning & control in ZH company.Based on the production features of touch screen product, the article selects the phone production to design assembly line and logistics improvement.According to the theory "One Piece Flow", by reducing logistics flow and storage of materials, optimization of production layout, it will make the production process more affluent;The article also will discuss the analysis and optimization of the bottleneck process. Finally, it summarize the effect of implementation of the streamline.Through the design and research of touch screen production line in ZH company, the article explore the feasibility of application and actual benefits, enriching applied research of the streamline theories.
