Brilliance China is a large enterprise group which manufactures vehicle(especially passenger cars),engine and the core components including the R&D,design,manufacturing,sales and capital operation.At the same time,it is also a leading enterprise in China's automobile industry in the independent innovation field.Brilliance Auto is a state-owned company built up in 2002 approved by Liaoning provincial government.After continuous development and innovation for years,it has owned three vehicle brands,five vehicle production enterprises and four engine production lines as well as production lines of supporting parts.In the meanwhile,it has the laboratory and post doctoral mobile workstations recognized by the authority.With the revitalization policy of Liaoning old industrial bases in Northeast China,automobile industry,as the new economic growth pillar industries,has been included in the key point of revitalizing the old industrial base of Liaoning.As a native,outstanding company of Liaoning,its products including BMW Brilliance,engine and other components were proposed in the "Revitalization of Old Industrial Bases in Liaoning Planning".Therefore,the improvement and development of competitiveness of Brilliance China take an important role in the implementation of the revitalization of the old industrial base of Liaoning Province.It also has great significant on promoting regional coordinated economic and social development,achieving the sustained,healthy,rapid development.In addition,Brilliance Auto as my practice base,I hope that I can have an overall understanding for it through a comprehensive analysis of the evaluation.At last,the final result will provide some useful suggestion for making the development strategy of the enterprises in the future.This thesis will screen out the key factors affecting the enterprises as far as possible,and then establish a complete,effective evaluation model of the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.This thesis aims to take Brilliance China which is a typical domestic automotive enterprise as an example.Through establishing the model of the evaluation of the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises,this thesis will deeply analyze the enterprise's competitiveness to find their own advantages anddisadvantages,and puts forward some targeted,feasible countermeasures and suggestions.At the same time,it can also provide reference for other companies to evaluate their comprehensive competitiveness.
