The automobile industry is a strategic pillar industry of China’s national economy.Its high investment,high output,high technology,high correlation and high added value have greatly promoted the development of the economy.Since the establishment of China’s first automobile factory in1953,the development of China’s automobile industry has been more than 60 years old.Especially since China joined the WTO,automobile production and sales have increased year after year.The automobile industry is an organic combination of automobile companies.Only when automobile companies have strong competitiveness can they promote the vigorous development of the automobile industry.Since China joined the WTO,the door of the automobile consumer market has been opened.On the one hand,we have the opportunity to learn the advanced technology and management experience from foreign multinational auto companies to alleviate the embarrassing situation of China lack of technology.On the other hand,China’s automobile consumer market is becoming more mature,and the masses are pursuing individuality and diversified automotive products.However,China’s national auto companies lack innovation and have always adopted joint ventures with powerful multinational companies to sell their own brands.The sales volume is very small,and the development of the company is difficult.Faced with fierce market competition and various challenges at home and abroad,China’s auto companies must recognize their position in the industry,analyze their own strengths and weaknesses,and formulate development strategies in a targeted manner to enhance their competitive advantages.This paper takes the listed automobile manufacturing automobile enterprises in China as the research object.Firstly,it sorts out the related literature researches of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the competitiveness of enterprises and the competitiveness of automobile enterprises,which lays a certain theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly,it analyzes the development history and current situation of China automobile industry,and lays a certain realistic foundation for the research of this paper.Referring again to the relevant automobile enterprise competitiveness evaluation model,the factor analysis method is used to establish the competitiveness evaluation index system of this paper.Finally,22 Shanghai Shenzhen listed vehicle manufacturing enterprises were used as research samples,and 19 indicators were used to conduct empirical analysis on sample companies,and the evaluation results were analyzed and summarized,and relevant suggestions were put forward.The merits of this paper are to establish a scientific and reasonable competitive evaluation research system,through the processing of relevant data,scientifically evaluate the sample enterprises,and through the comparative analysis of the data,we can see that the development process of the enterprise The existing problems are targeted and strategic recommendations are made,so the research is more reasonable.
