An Empirical Research On Financial Competitiveness Of Listed Construction Enterprises

Based on China’s listed construction enterprises as the main research object,in accordance with the financial competitiveness evaluation and other related theories,to analyze financial competitiveness of listed construction enterprises.This article starts from the research of competitiveness evaluation,literature related concepts and theoretical basis of the analysis,that the analysis of listed construction enterprises in accordance with the needs of the financial competitiveness of enterprise competence theory,core competence theory and the theory of financial strategy;based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of construction factors of listed construction enterprises financial competitiveness and its main influence,followed by the introduction of industry the construction characteristics of the evaluation of listed construction enterprises financial competitiveness model and corresponding evaluation index,and determine the measure and method of obtaining relevant indicators,which build financial competitiveness evaluation index system of listed construction enterprises,then use the SPSS 19 software,through the factor analysis method of listed construction enterprises financial competitiveness theory analysis and empirical evaluation.The results showed that:China’s construction of listed companies’ financial competitiveness is strong,but still needs to be improved;the company’s solvency and ability better,but the growth ability,profit ability and operation ability,especially inventory turnover ability is relatively poor.Therefore,it is proposed to enhance the financial competitiveness in the development of strategic planning,strengthening technological innovation,strengthening inventory management,and enhance the ability of capital operation and so on.
