In the face of globalization market,increasingly fierce competition environment and the dynamic change of user requirements,it is difficult to win in the fierce competition by companies themselves.In order to reduce product cost,improve profits,quick,stable and healthy development,automobile manufacturing industries depend on the evaluation and selection of strategic suppliers.For ensuring quality of the parts and the arrival of the goods and delivery time,scientifical evaluation and select of supplier,establishing a long-term cooperative partnership,forming strategic cooperative competition advantage for automobile manufacturing enterprises is of great significance.Lessoning from previous scholars in the field of research results,based on the analysis of supply chain,supply chain theory,supplier relations theory,supplier evaluation and selection methods,and under the premise of following principle of the concise scientific,combining quantitative,qualitative system and the comprehensiveness,combined with the questionnaire survey about the reliability and validity testing,according to actual situation and car manufacturing different evaluation index on the relative degree of strategic supplier selection which is different under the condition,a scientific and reasonable automotive manufacturing enterpris's strategic partnership supplier evaluation index system is set up,including 5 first-level indexes of the financial position,operating capacity,service capacity,stability and sustainable development ability and 29 secondary indicators.What's more,the indicators' implications are explained;using the improved analytic hierarchy process distributes strategic supplier evaluation index weight;Adopting the method of questionnaire investigation,expert evaluation to assign for qualitative index and count experts rated frequency by five evaluation levels for each qualitative index,including better,good,general,poor,bad and the quantitative membership degree value is calculated;considering qualitative and quantitative evaluation index of strategic partnership suppliers and using the multi fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method provide feasible ways for selecting strategic supplier;Finally,taking three raw parts supplier in Changfeng company in Changsha as examples for empirical research,the applicability and feasibility are confirmed for strategic partnership supplier evaluation index system and multi fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In combination with the auto industry development characteristics and selection of strategic suppliers,the established evaluation index system has strong maneuverability and the operating process is simple,which is of great significance for our country's automobile manufacturing enterprise to select strategic suppliers.It can not only make both sides of supply and demand save cost or get economic benefits in the procurement,production,sales and transportation links,but also help to reduce the uncertainty in vehicle manufacturing process and promote the competitiveness of the whole auto industry supply chain.
