As the market is becoming more and more globalized,user demand is changing,and the competitive environment is becoming more and more cruel.It has become a past time for auto parts manufacturers to rely on their own efforts to survive in the fierce market competition.The competition in today's automobile industry is not between enterprises,but mainly between supply chains.It is directly related to the selection and evaluation of suppliers to cut product cost,improve enterprise profit and maintain healthy and steady development.Therefore,under the condition of ensuring the cost and delivery time,the quality of parts should be taken into consideration,appropriate suppliers should be evaluated and selected objectively,and longterm strategic relationship should be formed with partners.Thus,the "strategic synergy" competitive advantage is conducive to the long-term development of automobile manufacturing enterprises.This paper studied the previous literature on supplier evaluation and selection of automobile manufacturing enterprises,analyzed the theories of supplier management,supply chain management and its connotation,supplier evaluation and selection methods,and then studied the current situation of supplier evaluation of company A and found out the existing problems and reasons.In A dynamic,systematic,scientific,level and comparability,qualitative and quantitative integrated use of the principle of evaluation,on the basis of building the company A supplier evaluation index system,it includes quality assurance,delivery,technology innovation ability,cooperation ability and the ability of information sharing five first-level indexes and 25 secondary indexes,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to the established supplier evaluation index weight distribution,consider A company suppliers of qualitative and quantitative evaluation index,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate B supplier analysis,feasibility evaluation of supplier selection path for A company.The results show that company A's fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and selection method and supplier evaluation index mechanism have excellent feasibility and applicability.This paper finds that "information sharing ability" has always been an important indicator of supplier evaluation,but it has been ignored by the previous supplier evaluation system of automobile manufacturing enterprises,so it is listed as a primary indicator in this paper.According to the characters of the development of A company,at home and abroad about the research literature to sort of supplier evaluation index selection,making the evaluation index system of high feasibility and easy operation,the company A supplier evaluation value are the key strategic choice theory,it can reduce the supply and demand both sides of the production,purchase,transportation and production of the supply chain cost,realize economic benefit,but also can reduce the uncertainty of the vehicle manufacturing process.
