The concept of Smart Grid emphasizes that the grid of the future need to adapt to the high degree of market demand,and meet customer's demand of choosing.The development of electric vehicle(EV)under Smart grid also need to accord with the concept.As one of the principal ways for energy supplement,dispersed EV charging piles has characteristics of time concentration of the loads' accessing and difficulty unified controling.Based on the theory of peak-valley TOU(time of use)power price,this papper research its function to the change of power users' charging habits,analysis the effection of large scale EV's access to the grid before and after the implementation of the peak-valley TOU power price.Then put forward a kind of supporting charging system based on the concept of Smart Grid,and shows the system's structure and selection of the parameters.Aiming at the autonomous charging pile in the system,this paper also studies the limitation of charging pile which in using,and then proposes a set of worthwile charging method.On the base of this,the corresponding charger control strategy is also studied.On this foundation,this papper analysis the interaction process of these charging method for practical application.In addition,this paper put forward the user interface of the interaction process.The decentralized and autonomous charging method is based on peak-valley TOU power price,it provide users with the relatively inexpensive charging strategy,makes the user move their charging stage to the power valley time,improve the load characteristics of the power system,reduce the adverse impact of EVs.This method is low cost,simple implementation and has a obvious effect,it is siginificant to the widespread use of EV.
