With the advancement of modem science and technology and the improvement of material living standard,the pursuit of individualized and customized products is becoming more and more intense,so the requirements of stone products which are personalized and diversified irregular-shaped are growing in the market.The traditional manual processing and simple stone processing tools have been unable to meet the current production needs of short production cycle.Five-axis stone processing center with multi-axis flexibility,large work space,high automation level and processing efficiency,as a representative of high-end stone processing equipment,can meet the automation requirements of special-shaped stone products processing.Its development and promotion can solve the issues of low efficiency,high energy consumption,high pollution and long delivery time in stone processing,and promote the development of stone processing industry to the direction of automation and digitalization,so as to achieve the purpose of using high technology to transform traditional industries.This paper use the five-axis stone processing center which is developed by cooperation with enterprise as the main part,present a new method of kinematics modeling.And the trajectory of the tool path is post-processed by kinematics to produce the trajectory program of the five-axis stone machining center.The paper includes:1.Overview of the five-axis stone processing center.Introduced the processing center of the structural system,important parameters,numerical control system and spindle motor parameters.The selection basis of each axis drive mode is analyzed.On this basis,the structural characteristics of the five-axis stone processing center are described in detail.2.The kinematics of the five-axis stone processing center is studied.The kinematics model of the five-axis machining center is established by D-H method,and the positive kinematics equation of the five-axis machining center is solved.Through the robotic simulation software Roboguide to generate the processing program represented by the Euler angle way,the position of the tool position generated by the CAM software is transformed into the track point of the machining center-based coordinate system,and the transformation from the base coordinate system of the five-axis stone processing center to the movement of each axis is obtained by combining the inverse kinematics relationship.3.Study of the pre-processing and post-processing algorithms of the five-axis stone machining center and use the software to generate the G code program.According to the kinematic model of the five-axis stone processing center and the numerical control system code format,the tool-generated tool path generated by CAM is converted into the NC G code program of the machining center by software.4.The generated G code program is imported into the controller of the machining center,and the processing experiment is carried out.The comparison between the processed sample and the CAD model verifies the correctness of the theoretical model and method.Through the actual processing to find the existing problems,and put forward the solution to the problem.
