The safe operation of the power grid is the key to the reliability and stability of distribution network.In order to guarantee the safe operation of the line,firstly,fault detection,fault isolationshould be applied to the line of distribution network,and it shoule have the ability to recoverpower supply of the non-fault line quickly.Secondly,as the primary equipment of key elementof the power grid,its status need to be monitored to find detectionearly,deal with it early and to avoid the malfunction of distribution network systemcaused by the malfunction of the primary equipment.This paper designed and realized a set of terminal system of intelligent distribution network,which includes the terminal of intelligent distribution networkand health status monitoring moduleof the primary equipment.This system andbackground layermake up the SCADA through communication management equipment,and finally achieve intelligent monitor and protection of the distribution network.First of all,the hardware and software of the intelligent distribution network terminal were designed.The hardware used the design of modular board,including main CPU board,intelligent IO board for collection of switching value and Executing the out command,AC card for the collection of analog quantity and power board with anti-jump operation circuit.According to configure different intelligent IO board and AC board,it can meet the different requirements.Software and protection function are achieved by a visual online programming tool.Different on-site requirements devices can be configured with different software functions and protection logic,compiling and generate different logical files.By the Ethernet the file will be downloaded to the corresponding hardware board,and meet the requirements of different distribution network site.Modular hardware and visual software improve great flexibility in the engineering application of the distribution network terminal,which greatly shortens the development cycle and brings great convenience to theSite commissioning.Secondly,the online monitoring system of the primary equipment is designed,inluding the design of the arc light monitoring sensor,the design of the wireless passive temperature measurement and the angular acceleration sensor,the design of the data collection and forwarding module of the closing current.Functions are realized inluding the detection of the switchgear arc light,the acquisition of circuit breaker contacts and busbar temperature,the curve acquisition of circuit breaker stroke,the current acquisition of sub-closing coil and communication forwarding.The monitoring of running status of the primary equipment is completed.Finally,the prototype of the intelligent distribution network is made,and the protection function of the prototype,the communication function and the running status data collection function of the primary equipment are verified by experiments.The experiment shows that the system meets the requirements of intelligent distribution network.
