Comprehensive Evaluation Of Lithium Enterprise Value With Non-financial Factors

Recently,the lithium battery industry develops rapiddly.There are three aspects give rise to it.Firstly,due to people’s environmental consciousness are much more stronger than before,new energy automobile industry step in a flourishing period.Secondly,although 3 c market does not have a high growth,it still generates a heavy demand of lithium battery.Thirdly,according to some specialists,as the downstream part of lithium battery industry,stored energy industry is also facing to a new development.More and more people want to participate in the lithium battery market with this development expectation so that the market must have a lot of investment or merger and acquisition behaviors.These events could not be occurred without enterprise value assessment.Actually,lithium battery enterprises have their own characteristics.They are different from the traditional companies.So,it’s not suitable to use the traditional assessment methods to evaluate lithium battery companies.As this background,it’s necessary to build a specialized evaluation system which is reasonable and suitable for lithium battery companies.In addition,it’s also necessary for the lithium battery industry’s long-term development.On the basis of the macroscopic analysis of lithium battery industry,I study the special part of lithium battery companies and put forward the main non-financial indexes influenced on the companies’ value.At the end of the paper,I build a comprehensive evaluation system to appraise lithium battery companies.This system can realize different lithium battery companies’ value to compare to each other.I use several methods to accomplish this paper such as method of qualitative and quantitative analysis,or method of comparative analysis.In addition,my goal is to use mathematical linguistics to show the value consequence by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,dimensionless method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is to transform qualitative indexes to quantitative ones.AHP is to calculate the specific weight of each index.Dimensionless is to realize the standardization and comparability of data.At the end of the lithium battery enterprise evaluation system,I use comprehensive index method to calculate the final value with non-financial indexes.
