Study On Financial Risk Control Of Construction Enterprises

Over the years,our country's urbanization construction has made gratifying achievements,the state introduced the basic facilities construction of more manpower,material and financial resources as the support,has made steady progress in the tide of the development of construction enterprise and seek a place.At the same time,the domestic construction industry also reach the peak,problems began to highlight in the construction industry,and economic aspects of the macroeconomic regulation and control,building materials,real estate bubble rising costs increase and so on question be vividly portrayed.At present,most of the domestic construction enterprises of financial management concept is relatively fuzzy,causing financial crisis happen,this situation must to stop in time,in order to avoid out of control in the future,even more serious consequences.The most urgent task is to find new ways to avoid financial risks,reduce economic losses and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Consolidate the competitive position of the enterprise.The starting point of this paper is the top management of construction enterprise,and from the comprehensive analysis of enterprise financial risk likely,to establish the accurate evaluation of various types of financial risk model,depending on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to estimate data,will work for the research of construction enterprise top management to provide reliable information.At the end of the paper,I will use my work experience as an example to verify the validity of the evaluation model mentioned in the paper and ensure the practicability and feasibility of the model.This paper is about five parts.The introduction of each part is as follows:The first part: the material and research significance of this paper make a simple overview,and introduces the existing foreign study of the financial risk of the construction enterprises make contribution,and the research technique of this paper,the basic framework,etc.The second part: this part can be divided into three parts.The basic concept of financial risk of construction enterprises;The identification method of financial risk of construction enterprises;Analyze and deepen the financial risk of construction enterprises.The third part: determine the evaluation index of the financial risk of construction enterprises and establish a complete evaluation system.The fourth part: focus on the face of different financial risks,how to choose the right evaluation method,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to introduce the basis,and combined with the author's practical experience,to list the benefits of the evaluation model,to take corresponding measures according to the results of the final.Part v: summarize the full text and point out the general direction of future improvement.
