The Comprehensive Evaluation Research On Logistics Enterprise Of Special-Line Transportetion

Today, the logistics mode of special-line transportation is one of the highlights of the road transport industry integrating into the modern logistics field, also it plays an important role in the development of modern logistics. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the development status about logistics enterprise of special-line transportation and the factors affecting comprehensive evaluation, constructing the index system and the model about comprehensive evaluation, and evaluating the existing logistics enterprise of special-line transportation in order to point out the direction of development of modern logistics to logistics enterprise of special-line transportation, provided a theoretical basis for road transportation management departments to strengthen the industry management.Firstly, this paper reviews the research related to the comprehensive evaluation of logistics enterprise of special-line transportation at home and abroad, and introduce the basic theory related in order to provide a theoretical basis for the followingr research.Secondly, the paper analyzes the development situation of logistics enterprise of special-line transportation in organizational model, business process and enterprise management, and pointes out that the competitive advantage and existing problems of this model. All indicate that the results of special-line transportation's comprehensive evaluation are divided into four categories, and each indicator will be explained. Then the paper constructed the comprehensive evaluation index system.Thirdly, the paper builds a comprehensive evaluation model about logistics enterprise of special-line transportation. This paper uses method combining three-degree analytic hierarchy process with Likert scale survey to determine the weight of each index, calculates the proximity between a logistic enterprise of special-line transportation been assessed and the ideal enterprise by gray correlative degree, defines the distribution of the five grade Likert table by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, determines the level of business being evaluated by gray correlative degree belong to the grade of membership.Finally, the paper uses a specific example to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the comprehensive evaluation model about logistics enterprise of special-line transportation, and proposes its corresponding suggestions based on the evaluation results and the requirements of development of modern logistics in order to enhance the logistics development level of the logistics enterprise of special-line transportation.
