| Applying virtual reality technology into simulation substation system can greatly improve the immersion and interaction of substation system.This paper developed a visualized substation system based on virtual reality technology,which can display substation equipment’s operation realistically and improve scheduling and management of substation by applying virtual reality technology in substation system.After analyzing visual simulation theory and computer technology,3dsMax software was adopted to modeling component of substation equipment,control room,cable,stand and wall respectively,due to deficiency of VRML modeling.Compositions of each model was combined to build entire virtual substation scene,which was converted into a virtual virtual reality modeling language scene.Models was optimized and compressed to meet real-time requirements of scene rendering.According to electrical characteristics of equipment,interaction function between staff and electrical devices was realized with help of VRML and Java script.In system software design part,this paper adapt B/S mode as system architecture,My-eclipse software as Java development tool,Dreamweaver software as Web page development tool,MySQL software as database and JDBC mode as database access method to achieve system’s functions of roaming virtual scene,information management of staff and equipment,controlling electrical equipment and fault warning,based on system development program which was formulated by system function requirements analysis.After tested,result shows that this system has friendly interface,realistic effect,strong real-time and high practical value and easy to use. |
