Supplier Evaluation Of A Electronics Company Based On Green Supply Chain

With the earth's resources increasingly exhausted and human environment destroyed continuously,the traditional supply chain has not adapt to the request of the ages gradually.The green supply chain will be the trend of times.Due to the rapid development in the electronic industry and upgrade of products quickly,environment has been destroyed largely.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to establish the green supply chain of the electronic industry.What's more,selecting the quality suppliers is the important link in the establishment of green supply chain,especially select the environmental protection supplier.As the upstream enterprise,suppliers are able to transfer green information to downstream of each enterprise.It plays an important role in the cost saving and environmental protection in the supply chain.So,in the background of A electronics company,the key research of this paper is on how to establish a set of scientific and effective evaluation system for green supplier.Firstly,this paper summarize the relevant paper domestic and foreign about green supply chain management and supplier evaluation,to clarify what the study need.Secondly,based on the existing research results,through the field research,combined with the characteristics of electronic industry and the actual situation of A company,work with the experts from A company,established a set of supplier evaluation system by using expert interviews and expert scoring method,which include 6 dimensions and 21 indicators.Finally,this paper practice the system on 7 PCB suppliers,after using the AHP method to give the weight of each indicator,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to provide a scientific grade of suppliers,then analyzes the management strategy according to the final result.The conclusion we got can facilitate A electronic company to accurately select the optimal supplier as a strategic partner,so as to implement decision making for order allocation,which is also provide some reference value to other company similar to A electronics company.
